Next year Coachella will be held over two consecutive weekends and attempt to create two identical festivals with the same lineup. Due to the overwhelming popularity of Coachella 2011, which sold out in a matter of days three months before the festival even took place, having Coachella Weekend 1 (April 13-15, 2012) and Coachella Weekend 2 (April 20-22, 2012) will allow more people to attend.
Advanced ticket sales begin this Friday, June 3rd and will continue until Friday, June 10, 2012. This will be the only opportunity to buy tickets on a payment plan with 10% down & 8 equal monthly payments. Like last year, tickets will be $269 plus fees.
Since this past Coachella was so much fun, going BOTH weekends might be a great idea so you won't have to pick and choose between conflicting set times of all the great artists that will be performing. Eeeek! So excited!

(1997) was so great I couldn't pick just one song from it for this week's Throwback Thursday. I haven't really liked anything from Green Day since this album--too bad for them this was their peak as far as I'm concerned.
